Centaur Software Partners with Patientdesk to Bring AI Call Handling and Direct Booking to Dental4Windows & Dental4Web Practices

The partnership brings Patientdesk into the Centaur Partner Network, giving Dental4Windows and Dental4Web practices a way to answer every patient call and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments, around the clock.

Sydney, Australia –

Centaur Software, the provider of Dental4Windows and Dental4Web practice management systems, today announced a new partnership with Patientdesk, an AI-powered call handling and appointment booking platform. The partnership brings Patientdesk into the Centaur Partner Network, giving Dental4Windows and Dental4Web practices a way to answer every patient call and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments, around the clock.

Patientdesk’s AI receptionist answers patient calls 24/7, handles common enquiries and offers suitable appointment times based on a practice’s configured services, practitioners and availability. Confirmed bookings are created directly in the practice’s Dental4Windows or Dental4Web Appointment Book, so front desk teams can keep working from the workflows they already know. Patientdesk also records call summaries and outcomes, giving teams visibility over conversations and a clear way to follow up where needed.

Fikri San Köktaş, Co-founder of Patientdesk, said the partnership was about removing the trade-off practices often face between service and capacity. “Australian dental practices should not have to choose between excellent patient service and an overloaded front desk. By connecting Patientdesk directly with Dental4Windows or Dental4Web, practices can answer every call, follow up faster and turn patient intent into confirmed appointments around the clock,” he said.

For Centaur, the partnership adds another way for practices to stay responsive without adding to the front desk’s workload. “Missed calls are missed opportunities, and every practice knows that feeling of trying to keep up during a busy morning or after hours. Patientdesk gives our Dental4Windows and Dental4Web practices a way to capture that demand automatically, turning it into confirmed bookings without asking reception teams to do more with less,” said Kevin Joseph, Head of Partnerships at Centaur Software.

This partnership adds to Centaur’s growing ecosystem of AI and automation partners, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to bringing innovations to Australian dental practices that move the needle.
