Centaur Software Partners with Ovie Health to Bring AI Automation to Australian Dental Practices

The partnership brings Ovie Health’s suite of AI agents into the Centaur Partner Network, giving Dental4Web and Dental4Windows customers a single intelligent platform to manage patient communication, bookings, recalls, follow-ups, and more.

Sydney, Australia – Centaur Software, the provider of Dental4Windows and Dental4Web practice management systems, today announced a new partnership with Ovie Health, an all-in-one AI platform purpose-built for dental clinics. The partnership brings Ovie Health’s suite of AI agents into the Centaur Partner Network, giving Dental4Web and Dental4Windows customers a single intelligent platform to manage patient communication, bookings, recalls, follow-ups, and more.

Most dental clinics juggle multiple software platforms to handle these tasks — adding complexity, cost, and administrative burden. Ovie Health replaces that patchwork with one connected AI platform, bringing every AI agent a clinic needs into a single place, from an AI receptionist that answers calls and books appointments 24/7, to automated recall and follow-up agents, a unified inbox for calls, email, web chat, and social messages, and an AI marketing agent that creates social content.

Aklesia Amdemariam, Founder of Ovie Health, said the partnership was about giving Australian practices access to that kind of automation at scale. “Ovie Health is excited to partner with Centaur Software to bring AI automation to thousands of dental practices across Australia. Together, we’re making it easier for clinics to deliver exceptional patient experiences while reducing administrative workload through an intelligent, all-in-one AI platform,” she said.

For Centaur, the appeal lies in solving a problem its customers already face. “We’re always looking for partners that solve real problems for our customers. Ovie Health does exactly that, bringing AI receptionists, recall automation, and unified communication into one platform that integrates directly with Dental4Web and Dental4Windows, so practices can spend less time on admin and more time with patients,” said Kevin Joseph, Head of Partnerships at Centaur Software.

The platform covers the full patient journey, from first enquiry through to recall and follow-up, with the aim of helping practices capture more patients, fill more appointments, and free up staff time otherwise spent on repetitive administrative work. Ovie Health is enterprise-ready and integrates directly with Dental4Windows and Dental4Web, allowing practices to adopt the technology without changing the way their teams already work.

This partnership adds to Centaur’s growing ecosystem of AI and automation partners, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to helping dental practices work smarter and deliver better patient care.
