This addendum forms part of the Centaur Software Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the Dental4Windows integration with Google APIs. It should be read together with the Centaur Software Privacy Policy.
Where this addendum and the general Privacy Policy address the same subject, this addendum describes the handling of Google user data by the Dental4Windows Google integration.
This addendum applies only to the Dental4Windows integration with Google services. It does not apply to other Centaur Software products, services or third-party integrations.
References to artificial intelligence or AI-enabled functionality elsewhere in the Centaur Software Privacy Policy relate to other products, services or integrations and do not apply to the Dental4Windows Google API integration.
Dental4Windows allows an authorised user to connect a Google account for the purpose of sending emails initiated by that user from within Dental4Windows.
Dental4Windows accesses Google services solely to authenticate the connected Google account and provide the requested email-sending functionality.
Depending on the email created by the user and the technical operation of the integration, Dental4Windows may

Google user data is used only to:
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, unrelated analytics or any secondary purpose unrelated to
the user-requested email functionality.
Dental4Windows does not use artificial intelligence or machine-learning services to access, analyse, process orgenerate content from Google user data.
Google user data is not transferred to any third-party AI provider, processed by an in-house, self-hosted or offline AI model, or used to train, improve or develop an AI or machine-learning model.
Google user data is not shared or disclosed except where necessary to provide the email functionality requested by the user, protect the security and integrity of the service, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Centaur Software applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information processed through the Dental4Windows Google integration.
Google account passwords are not collected or stored by Dental4Windows. OAuth tokens and related configuration information are protected and retained only for as long as necessary to maintain the authorised integration, support the requested functionality, or meet applicable legal and security requirements.
Email content, attachments and diagnostic information are retained only in accordance with the normal operation of Dental4Windows, the Centaur Software Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
Users may revoke Dental4Windows access to their Google account through their Google Account security settings. Where supported, users may also disconnect the Google account through the applicable Dental4Windows email configuration.
Dental4Windows’ use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
